1. Placing an Order

1.3 When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

2.1 All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Feral Clothing. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion.

 

2.2 Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Feral Clothing will occur when we dispatch the products to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. 

 

3. Pricing and Payment 

 

3.1 All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. 

 

3.2 Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. 

 

3.3 Feral Clothing reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

 

4. Delivery 4.1 Delivery timescales and charges will vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. 

 

4.2 We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Feral Clothing shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products. 

 

5. Returns and Refunds 

 

5.1 Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning products and requesting refunds. 

 

5.2 Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. 

 

6. Cancellation 

 

6.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. 

 

6.2 If your order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the products, provided they are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Return/Refund Policy

At Feral Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note the following guidelines:

1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

 

2. Initiation of Return 

 

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the contact us form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. 

 

3. Return Process 

 

3.1 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. 

 

3.2 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. 

 

4. Refund or Exchange 

 

4.1 Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. 

 

4.2 If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

4.3 If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly, subject to availability.

5.1 The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect: Items that have been personalized, customized, or made-to-order. Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect). 

 

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items 

 

6.1 If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, including covering the cost of return shipping.
